Back in July, we had the pleasure of speaking with Andrei Udvar, CEO and founder of Lux Valeting, to gain insight into how Spotless Water ensures he can guarantee spot-free, immaculate results and he also explains why he would never make his own water at home.

Lux Valeting provides valeting and detailing services. Andrei is the owner and founder and he is currently a one-man band and is very busy cleaning all types of vehicles.

How often do you use Spotless Water and which stations do you use?

I use most of the stations in North London, but mainly Enfield.

However, I am currently moving to Ashford so I will be using that station, and I have already used that station quite a few times. My business and work will all be in Ashford and surrounding areas soon.

How central is Spotless Water to the services you provide?

Pure water is essential to my work. I offer a good service. I leave a polished, spot-free look. I will never leave limescales and water marks.

For me, if you close tomorrow morning, I would have to buy a filter and make my own which is a hassle. I started using you about 8 years ago and haven’t looked back.

What are the benefits of using Spotless Water? What would you tell another detailer who does not use us?

I trust Spotless Water. It is great for London. I recommend for anyone who details/washes cars, especially luxury cars. Clients do not want to drive around with spot marks. They pay for the quality. If you don’t care about the quality of your clean, then just use tap water. 

I would tell someone to definitely use Spotless Water as it is a waste of time to make your own water. I highly recommend Spotless Water. I suggested to a friend recently that they should phone in to request a site on their land as they would benefit from it, and so would I, as I am nearby there.

Also, your Customer Service Team are good, friendly, and nice. They always reply and are polite.

Did you use to make your own pure water?

No. But years ago, I used the old method of tap water and a bucket. I used to work in the pool industry, so if I need to make my own pure water I could, as I understand how water is filtered, but Spotless Water is my preference. It is too much hassle to make my own. It would cost me £3000 minimum to make at home.

What is your opinion of Spotless Water and the business itself?

I have been using Spotless Water since it opened. You are a leader in the industry. You have no competitors in my opinion. No other company does this kind of business.
