1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and provision of Services by us and will form the basis of the Contract between us and you. 2.1 All Orders for Services made by you will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 If the service price is changed we will ensure this information is available to you.
2.3 We occasionally pre authorise cards for payment before dispensing water, this pre authorisation will show as pending and then drop off of your transaction list as soon as your bank has processed the transaction
2.4 2.4 Refunds can take 5-10 working days, this is dependant on the bank, Spotless Water will endeavour to process your refund within 48 business hours
2.5 We may, at times, add discretionary credit to your account, these are at the discretion of Spotless Water LTD, do not constitute an admission of liability and can be removed from your account at any time
