Spotless Water today announces £6.35m in new investment led by YFM Equity Partners to accelerate the number of pure water stations in its network.
Spotless water plans to substantially grow the number of pure water stations in its network in the next 12 months, and expand 24/7 access to pure water for the professional cleaning and detailing businesses that rely on it.
The rollout will accelerate the existing concession partnership deals signed in the last 6 months with Morrisons, Park Garage Group and Motor Fuel Group, enabling customers to refill at highly convenient locations that offer other services in addition to pure water.
The investment will also be used for additional customer-focused improvements, including station upgrades and, in an industry-first move, will allow for the continued trialling of integrating Spotless Water into Park Garage Group’s jet wash bays.

Cleaning and maintenance professionals rely on pure water to deliver high-quality results, but producing it themselves means expensive equipment, time-consuming maintenance and high levels of waste.
Pure water contains zero Total Dissolved Solids (zero-TDS), meaning it leaves no streaks, spots or residue when it dries. This enables trade professionals to achieve spot-free finishes without the need for chemical detergents.
Spotless Water is transforming sustainable access to pure water through its patent-pending Spotless Ecoflow® and advanced EDI technology, dispensing up to 120 litres per minute while minimising water waste and eliminating disposable resins used in traditional purification systems.
Each installation operates as a hands off, fully managed concession, equipped with over 45 sensors and control systems that enable real-time monitoring of water quality, pressure and flow.
Since launching in 2016, Spotless Water has dispensed over 600 million litres and now supports more than 22,000 weekly refills across 160 UK stations, with ambitions to reach 1,200 stations by 2029.
YFM Equity Partners is an independent private equity firm that has been backing UK businesses for over 40 years. Its latest investment in Spotless Water reflects confidence in the company’s differentiated technology, scalable national infrastructure and ability to capitalise on growing professional cleaning and vehicle care markets.
With the UK window cleaning sector forecast to exceed £530m by 2030* and vehicle detailing demand growing steadily, Spotless Water is well positioned to benefit from long-term demand for efficient, lower-waste pure-water solutions.
The new funding brings Spotless Water’s total investment to circa £18m, which the business has deployed over the years to develop its patent-pending technology, infrastructure, and support services to become the UK’s leading pure water provider.

Tim Morris, CEO of Spotless Water, said:
“Spotless Water is moving into another exciting phase. This latest round of investment allows us to turbocharge our next stage of growth and build on the success we’ve already had.
“This funding will allow us to deepen our national partnerships which include Morrisons, MFG and Park Garage Group, and provide our customers with access to stations at more great locations where they can shop, refuel or charge their vehicles while refilling their pure water.
“It also allows us to grow our market presence and deploy the patent-pending technology we’re so proud of. It has disrupted the industry and brings a new level of service and access to pure water for cleaning professionals, with environmental responsibility built in.”
Srikar Karri, Investment Manager at YFM Equity Partners, said:
“Spotless Water has built something genuinely unique, a national network that gives cleaning and maintenance professionals instant access to pure water, without the cost or waste that comes with producing it themselves.
“We’re pleased to have led this investment in Spotless Water. This funding will significantly accelerate site rollout across the UK, bringing pure water access to many more businesses. As part of this round, we have also significantly strengthened the management team and we’re excited to support the business through the next phase of its growth.”
