Key Fob Game – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Spotless Water Ltd (“SpotlessWater”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.

Employees of Spotless Water, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on Friday 27th March at 9am and closes on Saturday 28th March at 3pm.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a guess of how many key fobs are contained within the display jar at the Spotless Water stand during The Cleaning Expo UK 2026.

Entries must be submitted via the Spotless Water QR code, presented on the Spotless Water stand.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize

1^st prize is £25 amazon voucher and £50 Spotless Water credit.

2^nd prize is £25 Spotless Water credit.

3^rd prize is £10 Spotless Water credit.

The prizes are determined by the participants whose guess is closest to the true amount key fobs that are contained within the display jar at the Spotless Water stand during the Cleaning Expo UK 2026.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

The credit will expire 8 weeks after it has been uploaded.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of key fobs in the jar.

The total number of key fobs will be verified and recorded by Spotless Water.

In the event of multiple correct or equally close guesses, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entries.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the details provided (email and/or phone) within 5 working days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Spotless Water reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Fulfilment

The prize will be delivered or arranged within 30 days of winner confirmation.

Spotless Water accepts no responsibility for any delays outside of its control.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied will be used solely for:

1. administering the competition
2. contacting the winner

If you opt in to receive marketing communications, your data will also be used in accordance with the Spotless Water Privacy Policy: https://www.spotlesswater.co.uk/privacy-policy/

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

10. General

Spotless Water reserves the right to:

1. cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
2. disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The decision of Spotless Water is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotless Water shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Spotless Water Survey Prize Draw (£25 credit) – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Spotless Water Ltd (“Spotless Water”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.

Employees of Spotless Water, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must complete the Spotless Water survey during the Cleaning Expo 2026.

Entry into the prize draw is optional and must be confirmed via the relevant opt-in checkbox.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase is necessary.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens on Friday 27^th March at 9am and closes on Saturday 28^th March at 3pm.

Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive £25 credit applied to their Spotless Water account.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The credit will expire 8 weeks after it has been uploaded.

If the winner is not an existing customer, Spotless Water will assist in setting up an account to redeem the prize.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place within 5 working days of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the details provided (email and/or phone) within 5 working days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, Spotless Water reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Fulfilment

The £25 credit will be applied to the winner’s account within 30 days of confirmation.

The credit will expire 8 weeks after it has been uploaded.

9. Data Protection

The winner’s surname and/or company name may be made available upon request to comply with regulatory requirements.

2. disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms
