Our Basingstoke pure water filling station is situated in Store & Secure Storage yard on Houndmills Road, off the A339.

Please note that even though Spotless Water operates on a 24 hour basis, Store & Secure are closed between 6pm and 8am. Therefore, if you visit between these hours the gate will be closed. Please use the gate code to enter. When leaving you will need to lock the gate using the code also. This code is available on the app or can also be obtained from the Spotless Water team on 0800 35 76 76.

Location

To access the filling station, drive into Houndmills Trade Park, with Store & Secure on your left and Greggs Bakery on your right. Next, drive through the gate in front, and once through, take an immediate left. Follow it round and you will see the Basingstoke pure water filling station round the corner on your right hand side.

For more location details you can download the Spotless Water app, available on both iTunes or Android. By downloading the app you can then set up an account, find your local pure water filling station, load credit and download invoices. 

If you haven’t already got an account with us you can set one up on our Home Page. This is free of charge and there are no contracts involved. Once you sign up you will then receive your welcome pack in the post which will contain your account key fob. You can request multiple key fobs if you have multiple vans/members of staff.
